基于数据挖掘的岭南内科痰证医案用药特色探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索当代岭南医家治疗内科痰证方面的用药规律,进一步了解岭南医家的治疗特色。方法:收集当代岭南名医的内科痰证医案,对相关的证候、中药名称进行规范,利用Microsoft Excel建立疾病名称、临床症状、证型、治法、方药五个字段的数据库,并采用Excel和SPSS Clementine 12.0软件进行频数统计、聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果:收集到医案103则,处方药物之间存在一定的规律,多用化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药、补气药等,同时还配合使用岭南地方草药。结论:数据挖掘的结果可为临床上治疗内科痰证提供理论依据。Objective： To know the administration rules of contemporary phlegm syndrome in internal medicine and understand features of treatment of lingnan famous doctors. Methods： Medical records of lingnan contemporary phlegm syndrome in internal medicine were collected,syndromes and names of Chinese medicine were regulated,and the database of disease,syndrome,principle of treatment and medicine was established. Frequency analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyse the medical records by Microsoft Excel and SPSS Clementine12. 0. Results： A total of 103 medical records were collected,and administration rules found drugs for dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,diuretics for eliminating dampness,Qi drugs,especially lingnan medicine were often used together. Conclusion： Results of data mining would provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of phlegm syndrome in internal medicine.
