摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病合并中风的基础治则治法。方法:冠心病合并中风治则治法临床专家调查问卷。调查对象为分布在全国六大地区,61家医院的具有3年及3年以上连续从事冠心病、脑卒中治疗经历的1500位临床一线医师,共计收回1500份合格问卷。使用R 3.1.2统计分析平台及Microsoft Office 2007办公软件,以列联表、堆叠条形图形式,并应用组合分析、排序分析方法对数据进行统计分析,得出各专家的基础法方药。结果:在冠心病合并中风判断病情时,应首先判断病势缓急轻重,然后判断病位(脏腑、经络、在气在血),再则判断闭证、脱证,最后判断病势的顺逆及标本、虚实。基础治法为熄风、通络;中经络治方为解语丹加减,中脏腑治方为安宫牛黄丸加减;治药为以虫类药搜风通络和芳香药开窍醒神为主。结论:冠心病合并中风基础治则治法研究得出了专家共识,具有广泛的临床应用价值,可为冠心病合并中风的中医规范化诊疗提供科学的理论依据。Objective： To discuss the basic method and principle treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with stroke.Methods： We used the expert questionnaire about treatment principles and methods of the coronary heart disease complicated with stroke. The objects of investigation were 1500 clinical physicians who had 3 or more than 3 years＇,experience of treating continuous coronary heart disease from 61 hospitals distributed in six regions and totally we recoveried 1500 qualified questionnaires. By using R3. 1. 2 statistical analysis platform and Microsoft Office 2013 office software,we got the basic method,prescription and medicine of each experst. Results： In judging the condition,we should first determine the importance or urgency of the disease. And then determine the location of the disease（ viscera,meridians,in Qi or the blood）. Furthermore,judge the blockage or collapse syndrome. And finally judge the clinical course of a disease,root cause or symptoms,and deficiency or excess. The basic treatment is calming wind and dredging collaterals. The prescription is Jieyu Dan for apoplexy involving the meridians and Angong Niuhuang Pill for middle part of organs. The drugs were insects for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals and aromatic drugs for opening the orifices and arousing the brain. Conclusion： We got the expert consensus from the basic method and principle treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with stroke,which has certain clinical application value and can provide the scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with stroke.
