坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女促排卵作用及性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女促排卵作用及性激素的影响。方法:选取从2015年10月—2016年5月在本院生殖医学科诊断为多囊卵巢综合征的患者共180例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。观察组口服坤泰胶囊3个月后进行促排卵治疗;对照组仅给予克罗米芬治疗。观察两组患者的成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型、宫颈黏液评分、注射HCG日血清E2值及卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)水平。计算排卵率及妊娠率。结果:观察组成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型、宫颈黏液评分、注射HCG日血清E2值指标均显著优于对照组相(P<0.05);观察组排卵率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);妊娠率略高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)均明显下降(P<0.05);两组比较有统计学差异;两组胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)、转化生长因子(TGF)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)均明显下降P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊能有效促进多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女排卵,并改善其性激素水平,治疗不孕症状。Objective： To study the effect of Kuntai Capsule on ovulation induction and sex hormone in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome from October 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital,according to random table method were divided into observation group and control group,each group 40 cases. The control group was treated with clomiphene treatment and the observation group added Kuntai Capsule. We observed the number of mature follicles,endometrial thickness and type,cervical mucus score,serum E2 on the day of HCG injection,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E2） and testosterone（ T） levels. Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were calculated. Results： The observation group＇s mature follicle numbers,endometrial thickness and type,cervical mucus score and serum E2 on the day of HCG injection were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The ovulation rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The pregnancy rate was slightly higher than that of control group,but there was no statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the two groups＇ follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） and luteinizing hormone（ LH）,estradiol（ E2） and testosterone（ T） were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups＇ insulin like growth factor（ IGF）,transforming growth factor（ TGF） and epidermal growth factor receptor（ EGFR）（ P〈0. 05） were significantly decreased and the observation group＇ s wre significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Kuntai Capsule can effectively promote the ovulation of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome,and improve the levels of sex hormone.
