摘　　要：目的:系统整理古代急症灸法文献,为现代临床急症用灸提供理论基础和方法借鉴。方法:通过参阅大量古代文献,对急症灸法的源流、特点、常用方法和作用机理进行归纳整理。结果:急症灸法始于秦汉时期,经过历代医家不断地发展,至明清时期达到鼎盛,其应用特点为:以经穴为主,根据艾炷的尺寸、壮数、患者的感觉及发灸疮把握灸量,常用的方法有直接灸、间接灸、艾卷灸及天灸,多用于外科疮疡类急症。结论:灸法是古代主要的急症救治措施,可以为现代临床急症用灸提供有力的理论支持及方法借鉴。Objective： By exploring the ancient literature on moxibustion for emergency to provide the reference and basis for modern clinical emergency with moxibustion. Methods： Through access to the ancient literature and retrieval of Chinese database,we collated and studied the origin,characteristics,common methods and mechanism on moxibustion for emergency. Results： Emergency moxibustion was originated in the Han Dynasty,after a long history of medical development,reached its peak in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The characteristics of its application： mainly with meridian operation,determining the degree according to the size and quantity of moxa cone,the patients feeling and moxibustion sore,common methods included direct moxibustion,indirect moxibustion,moxa roll moxibustion and crude herb moxybustion. Emergency moxibustion is commonly-used in surgical acute syndrome. Conclusion： Moxibustion in ancient times is one of the main measures of emergency treatment,and it can provide the theoretical basis for modern emergency.
