摘　　要："逆针灸"是指在机体健康无病或疾病发生之前,预先应用针灸方法激发经络之气,以增强机体抗病能力的针灸方法,是中医防治疾病的重要手段。近年来,在预防医学快速发展的背景下,应用"逆针灸"的方法治未病,引起越来越多的关注。文章通过分析Pubmed、Ovid及CNKI数据库近十年来国内外有关"逆针灸"的临床试验及动物实验,探讨"逆针灸"保护机体的作用规律、效应影响因素以及潜在的相关机制,以期为"逆针灸"治未病的临床运用提供一定科学依据。Preventive acupuncture refers to the application of acupuncture and moxibustion for the purpose of stimulating meridian qi and boosting resistance of the body before the onset of diseases. It is an important TCM way of disease prevention. In recent years,with the rapid development of modern medicine,preventive acupuncture and moxibustion is getting increasing attention. In this paper,we searched both clinical trials and animal experiments on preventive acupuncture and moxibustion that published in Pubmed,Ovid and CNKI in recent 10 years. By the broad literature survey,this paper explores the law of function,influencing factors and partial mechanisms of preventive acupuncture and moxibustion. The purpose of this paper is to provide certain scientific evidence for fundamental research and clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment.
