摘　　要：电子商务虚拟企业物流平台服务对象是电子商务虚拟企业和物流企业,解决物流供需矛盾。平台开发必须精准了解服务对象的需求,为下一步的功能设计打下基础。平台的需求分析围绕服务对象展开,从系统用户需求、系统业务流程、系统性能需求三个方面分析。E-commerce virtual enterprise logistics platform service object includ e-commerce virtual enterprise and lo- gistics enterprise, to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics. Platform development must accu- rately understand the needs of clients, to lay the foundation for the functional design of the next step. The requirement analysis of the platform revolves around the service object, and analyzes from three aspects： the system user require- ment, the system business process and the system performance requirement.
