摘　　要：当前我国外贸出口主要有传统的线下出口和以跨境电商为代表的线上交易两种模式。在订单碎片化趋势下的今天,传统贸易模式已经不能满足进口商以及国外消费者对产品日益增多的个性化需求,线下"批量化"出口也不能更好适应大量中小订单快速、多变的特点,现有出口供应链面临相应渠道升级和优化。未来较长时期内,我国出口供应链一方面要结合"互联网+"新技术、新模式对传统出口渠道加以改进,另一方面要通过电商平台大数据、海外仓等功能不断完善在线直接出口模式。以"互联网+外贸"下的跨境电商运营为视角,对现有出口供应链升级与优化问题展开了细致研究。At present, China＇s foreign trade exports are divided into two forms, one is the traditional ofl]ine exports, the other is cross-border electricity supplier as the representative of online transactions. With the popularity of the ＂Intemet ＋＂, in order to fragmentation under the trend of today, the traditional trade model has been unable to meet the personalized needs of foreign consumer products is increasing. The existing export supply chain is also facing the corresponding upgrading and opti- mization of channels, the traditional line of goods export has not adapted to a large number of small and medium orders, fast and ever-changing requirements. Therefore, in the future period, China＇s foreign trade supply chain needs a combination of＂ Intemet ＋＂ new technology, new mode of traditional export channels to be improved; on the other hand, through big data platform, business credit guarantee orders and other functions of online direct export mode of continuous improvement. Based on the ＂Intemet ＋ foreign trade＂ under the cross-border business operations as the main research direction, in order to achieve the overall optimization and upgrading of the existing export supply chain.
