摘 要:混凝土折板式密肋壳是由若干块密肋平板在脊(谷)线处交汇而成的新型空间结构,本文以其中的折板式密肋拟扁壳为研究对象,考虑结构矢跨比、脊线刚度、边缘桁架上弦刚度和密肋梁刚度影响,在点支承条件下采用有限元法进行竖向荷载作用下的静力性能分析。结果表明:密肋平板在屋盖中具有拱效应,边缘桁架上弦是屋盖的主要传力构件;屋盖整体刚度随矢跨比提高而增加,过低的矢跨比会增大结构轴力,并显著增加边缘桁架上、下弦的弯矩,建议矢跨比不宜小于1/6;脊线刚度改变几乎不影响结构静力性能,脊线截面高度可取屋盖跨度的1/50~1/30;增大密肋梁刚度能明显提高结构整体刚度,改善脊线和边缘桁架的内力分布,密肋梁截面高度可按结构跨度的1/60~1/35确定;边缘桁架上弦刚度对结构整体刚度和密肋平板内力的影响较小,其截面高度可与脊线截面高度相同。The concrete folded-plate reticulated shell formed by the ribbed slabs is a new type spatial grid structure.FEM is used for folded-plate quasi-shallow reticulated shell under vertical loads in order to study its static behavior on point supporting.The influence of height-to-span,ridge stiffness,top chord stiffness on edge truss and ribbed beam stiffness are discussed.The results show that: the ribbed slab has arch effect in the roof,and the top chord on the edge truss is main member for transferring force; the roof stiffness increases with its height-to-span,the low height-to-span will increase axial force of structure,and significantly increase bending moment of top and bottom chord on the edge truss,so the height-to-span of structure should not be less than 1/6; the ridge stiffness has little influence on static behavior of structure,the ratio of sectional height to span of the ridge is suggested to be 1/50 ~1/30.Increasing the ribbed beam stiffness can significantly improve the stiffness of structure,and improve the internal force distribution of the ridge and edge truss,the ribbed beam section height is determined by the 1/60 ~1/35 of structure span.The stiffness of top chord on edge truss makes small difference to the stiffness of roof and internal force of ribbed plate,and its section height can be the same as that of the ridge section.
