摘　　要：目的考察干燥过程中栝楼果皮外观特征与内在多元药效成分的动态变化规律,探讨瓜蒌皮药材的最佳采收加工方法。方法观察栝楼果皮采后干燥处理期间外观特征包括表面颜色、长度、直径,采用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法等对腺嘌呤、鸟苷、瓜氨酸、总黄酮、多糖含量进行测定,探索采后干燥过程栝楼果皮的质量、产量变化规律。结果采后干燥期间栝楼果皮外观特征及内在多元药效物质的含量呈现动态变化,综合评价显示,果皮颜色基本全黄仅维管束凸起为绿色时水溶性浸出物、瓜氨酸总量最高,果皮颜色全黄时多糖、总黄酮、腺嘌呤、鸟嘌呤核苷总量最高。结论综合分析建议栝楼果皮采收加工方法:采收后果皮颜色转黄时即祛除种子和瓤进行干燥处理;可以保证提高中药材瓜蒌皮质量及产量。Objective To study the dynamic change rules of peel appearance and medicinal ingredientsin Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim in different drying periods, and explore the optimal drying method of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. Methods The appear- ance characteristics of the peel of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. in different drying periods were studied, including the changes of fruit surface color,length, diameter and weight ; the contents of adenine, guanine nucleoside , citrulline, total flavonoid and carbo- hydrate were determined by HPLC and UV. Results There were dynamic changes of fruit appearance characteristics and medicinal ingredients in the peel of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. , and showed that the total content of the water - soluble extracts and cit- rullinereached the highest when peel color yellow only vascular bundle green ; the total content of the total flavonoid, adenine, gua- nine nueleoside reached the highest when color basic all yellow. Conclusion Remove seeds and pulp when the color reach yellow after harvesting can ensure the production and quality of Trichosanthes pericarpium.
