摘　　要：偏头痛的发生与三叉神经血管系统的异常密切相关。针刺治疗偏头痛的机制与调节神经、血管功能有关。文章综述了近年来针刺治疗偏头痛在三叉神经血管机制方面的一些新进展,皆在为偏头痛的针刺治疗与研究提供参考。Migraine is closely related the dysfunction of trigeminal vascular system. The mechanism of acupuncture treatment on migraine is on the base of adjusting the nerve and blood vessel function. This paper discusses the progresses of acupuncture treatment on migraine based on trigeminal vascular mechanism in order to provide the basis for acupuncture treatment and research of migraine.
