几种植物生长调节剂对铁皮石斛生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的研究生根粉等6种植物生长调节剂对铁皮石斛幼苗生长发育的影响。方法采用灌根法处理铁皮石斛幼苗,五点取样法测定幼苗茎长、茎节间长、根长、叶片数及鲜重等性状指标,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件分析。结果生根粉670mg/L处理,蓝甲2 mL/L处理、国光生根粉100 mg/L处理、木醋液1.67 mL/L处理、倍能·五抗高能肽1 mL/L处理和顶级绿·五抗高能肽1 mL/L处理下铁皮石斛幼苗茎长、茎节间长、根长、叶片数以及鲜重都生长较好,其中又以倍能·五抗高能肽1 mL/L处理效果最佳。结论铁皮石斛生产上可使用1 mL/L的倍能·五抗高能肽,促进铁皮石斛幼苗和产量的增长。Objective To ascertain the activity of six kind of plant growth regulators on the growth and development of Dendrobi- um officinale seedlings. Methods Plant growth regulators were applied to the seedlings with Root Irrigation Method, and the root length, stem length, root length, leaf number and fresh weight were measured by five points sampling method. SPSS 19.0 soft- ware was used for data analysis. Results The treatment of ABT 670 mg L-1 , Chitin 2 mL L-1 , Gougong Rooting Powder 100 mg L- l, Wood vinegar 1.67 mL L- 1 , Five high energy peptide 1 mL L- 1 and Top green five high energy peptide 1 mL L- 1, showed best activity with well growed stem length, stem length, root length, leaf number and fresh weight. The Five high energy peptide 1 mL L - 1 was the best one among all the treatments. Conclusion The five high - energy peptide 1 mL L - 1 can be used to promote the growth and produces of Dendrobium officinale seedlings in the practical production.
