摘　　要：信息系统的建设有助于提升医院医疗质量管理水平。为了更好地了解我院DRGs现状，进一步提升医疗质量，迎接医保DRGs病种付费改革，我院于2015年构建了DRGs管理信息系统，并与我院电子病历管理系统、病案管理系统等进行集成。系统分为住院医疗服务绩效评价、病种监测、病例分析、实时动态监测等模块，被应用于首页质量评价、绩效管理、院科两级管理，为临床医师诊疗行为提供了直接依据，为管理层提供了好的决策支持数据，助力医疗质量全过程精细化管理。The construction of DRGs management information system proves conducive to hospital medical quality management. In order to better understand the status of the hospital＇s DRGs, further improve the quality of medical care, and embrace the DRGs reform in medical insurance, the hospital built the DRGs management information system in 2015, and integrated it with the electronic medical record management system, and the medical record management system. The system consists of such modules as inpatient medical service evaluation, disease surveillance, case analysis, and real-time dynamic monitoring, applied to homepage evaluation and performance management at both hospital and department levels. Such a system can provide practical data for decision support of clinicians, and enable decision makers, thus improving fine management of medical care in the full course.
