武汉市2005-2016年未分型肝炎报告病例的流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析武汉市2005-2016年未分型病毒性肝炎疫情流行特征,为肝炎防治工作提供科学参考。方法收集武汉市2005-2016年肝炎疫情资料,采用描述流行病学方法,分析未分型肝炎报告的流行特征,并比较不同类型报告单位未分型肝炎占肝炎总病例数的构成比(未分型率)差异。结果 2005-2016年武汉市共报告未分型肝炎病例7809例,年均报告发病率6.89/10万,未分型率4.54%,总体均呈现逐年下降趋势。全年均有病例报告,无明显季节性。男性高于女性,随着年龄增长发病率逐渐升高(r=0.587,P<0.001),职业以农民为主。乡镇卫生院未分型率最高,其次为传染病医院。结论武汉市未分型肝炎报告呈逐年下降趋势,分布特征与病毒性肝炎总体分布特征基本一致。应继续加强重点人群肝炎防治工作,并对未分型肝炎病例开展进一步调查研究。Objective To analyze the epidemiologieal characteristics of unidentified hepatitis reported cases in Wuhan to provide information for hepatitis prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was applied to analyze the characteristics of unidentified hepatitis cases. The proportion of unidentified hepatitis to total hepatitis in different reporting units were compared. Results During 2005 - 2016,7809 unidentified hepatitis cases were reported in Wuhan. The average annual incidence rate was 6.89/10 million, and the unidentified rate （unidentified hepatitis/all hepatitis cases） was 4.54%, declining year by year. Every year there were cases reported and the seasonal trend was not obvious. The incidence of the male was higher than that of the female. The incidence rate increased with age （r = 0. 587, P 〈 0. 001 ）. The occupation was mainly farmers. Township hospitals had the highest unidentified rate. Conclusion Unidentified hepatitis in Wuhan is declining year by year, and the epidemiological characteristics are consistent with the characteristics of hepatitis overall. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of hepatitis in key population, and carry out a further investigation for unidentified hepatitis.
