南通市2011-2016年性病的流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解南通市2011-2016年性病流行特征,为制定科学防控策略提供依据。方法对2011-2016年南通市淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染等5种监测性病病例报告资料进行流行病学统计分析。结果 2011-2016年间南通市共报告性病19 811例,年均发病率45.29/10万,各年的发病率依次为38.73/10万、39.69/10万、37.9/10万、46.98/10万、51.44/10万和56.99/10万。五种监测性病年均发病率从高到低分别为梅毒(30.38/10万)、淋病(6.34/10万)、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(4.9/10万)、尖锐湿疣(3.13/10万)和生殖器疱疹(0.54/10万)。男女性别比为1.07∶1,发病年龄集中在15-44岁(54.68%),职业以农民为主。结论南通市性病疫情仍处于低流行状态,但淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染等5种监测病种的总体发病率呈显著上升趋势,要进一步加强性病防治工作。Objective To investigate the epidemic situation of sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） in Nantong city, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of control strategies. Methods The case - report data of notifiable and monitoring STDs during the period of 2011 -2016 were analyzed with epidemiological methods. Results 19 811 cases were reported,with the annually average incidence of 45.29/100 000. From 2011 -2016, the incidences of STDs were 38.73/100 000,39.69/100 000,37.9/100 000,46.98/100 000,51.44/100 000 and 56.99/100 000 in each year, respectively. The annually average incidences of five kinds of surveillance STDS from high to low were syphilis （ 30.38/100 000 ） , gonorrhea （ 6.34/100 000 ） genital ehlamydial infections （4.9/100 000 ）, cauliflower excrescence （ 3.13/100 000 ） and genital herpes （ 0.54/100 000 ）. The incidence ratio of male to female was 1.07： 1. STD incidence rates were the highest among sexually active individuals aged from 15 to 44 years old,and the reported STD cases in this group accounted for over 50% of total cases. The farmers were the main reported occupation of the patients. Conclusion The incidence of STDs. in Nantong from 2011 - 2016 was lower than other areas of China, but showed a significant rising trend. Effective strategies should be developed and implemented to prevent and control STDs.
