摘  要:目的评价修订版职业倦怠量表在医务人员中应用的信度和效度。方法通过分层随机抽样法选取某医院1921名医务人员为调查对象,应用修订版职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)进行调查,采用Cronbach'sα系数、组内相关系数(ICC)评价量表信度,Pearson相关系数、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和秩和检验评价量表效度。结果总量表和情绪衰竭(EX)、玩世不恭(CY)及成就感低落(PE)3个维度的Cronbach'sα系数介于0.881~0.922,ICC介于0.750~0.833,量表信度高;量表总分与3个维度之间具有相关性(P<0.01),量表有较好的内容效度;条目的因子负荷介于0.659~0.918(均>0.4),量表结构效度好;高分组和低分组在总量表和3个维度上的得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),量表辨别效度好。结论 MBI-GS应用于医务人员职业倦怠测量中,具有较高的信度和效度,是可靠、有效的测量工具,可广泛应用。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Revised Maslach Burnout Scale ( RMBI - GS) in Chinese medical staff. Methods Totally 1921 medical staffs were enrolled as investigation object by stratified random sampling method, and the Revised Maslach Burnout Inventory was adopted as measuring tool, the reliabilities of scale were evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and intra - class correlation coefficient (ICC), the validities of scale were evaluated by Pearson correlation coefficient,exploratory factor analysis and rank test. Results Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total scores of RMBI - GS and three dimensions of emotional exhaustion ( EX), cunicism (CY) and professional efficacy (PE) between 0. 881 - O. 922, the ICC between 0. 750 ~ 0. 750 ; The total scores of RMBI - GS and the three dimensions have the correlation ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the scale has good content validity; The factor load of 15 - items between 0. 659 - 0. 659 ( 〉 0.4) , the difference of the total scores of RMBI - GS and the scores of the three dimensions in high score group and the low score group had statistical significance(P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion RMBI -GS has high reliability and validity in measuring the burnout in Chinese medical staff,it is a reliable and effective measurement tools and can be widely used.
