摘  要:针对水室封头加工工序分散、加工周期长,某些型面难以加工且制造精度低等问题,设计了水室封头专用龙门移动式车铣加工中心。在分析封头零件特征和工艺特点的基础上,提出利用可摆动式滑枕实现B轴功能的六轴四联动车铣复合加工中心总体方案;B轴组件回转支撑结构采用中心轴卸荷方式,满足了滑枕组件的高刚度与旋转分度功能要求;工作台设有车削进给与铣削分度两条独立的传动链,并通过机械、电气、液压的联合控制实现车削与铣削功能的互锁。实践表明,该机床可完全胜任水室封头复杂型面及孔的粗精加工要求,与传统加工工艺相比,加工效率可提高3倍多。In order to overcome the shortcoming of dispersed process, long processing cycle, some surface difficult to process and low accuracy in water chamber head machining, a gantry mobile turn-milling machining cen- ter for water chamber head was designed in this paper. On the basis of analyzing features and process char- acteristics of the water chamber head, the overall scheme of the six-axis four-linkage turning-milling ma- chining center using a pivotable ram to realize the function of B axis is proposed. The high stiffness and ro- tational indexing function of ram components are met by adopting the central axis unloading method in the rotary support structure of B-axis. The working table is equipped with two independent driving chains, and the interlock of turning and milling functions is realized through combined control of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. High-rigidity B-axis with a swing ram assembly and a worktable with rotation and indexing interlocking were designed to realize the rough and finish machining of the inclined holes and sloping face of the head in one-step clamping. Practice has showed that the machine can be fully quali- fied for the processing requirements of the complex face and hole of the water chamber, compared with the traditional processing technology, the processing efficiency can be more than three times.
