摘　　要：轮对是影响高速动车组运行安危的关键部件,而压装曲线是检验轮对组装质量是否合格的重要依据。针对压装过程中的"跳吨"现象,通过建立数学模型对其进行分析,并探讨通过工艺手段解决"跳吨"的方法。Wheelsets are the key compnnents that affect the safety of high-speed EMU, and the press-fit curve is an important basis for checking the quality of wheel assembly. Aiming at the phenomenon of ＂jumping tons＂ in the process of pressing, which is analyzed by establishing mathematical model, and the method of solving the ＂jumping tons＂ by means of technology is discussed.
