摘  要:根据高等院校学生实践实验要求,设计了教学型五轴联动微型数控铣床。该铣床采用摆头转台式机械结构,能够实现三维空间内的移动以及A轴和B轴的转动,实现五轴联动的设计理念。并在此基础上开发了基于ARM的五轴联动微型数控铣床的运动控制系统。该数控系统采用"PC+ARM单片机"模式设计,上位机利用Delphi编程软件实现NC文档编译、刀具补偿计算及与下位机的通信功能,下位机是以STM32芯片为核心的ARM单片机构成,主要实现与上位机的通讯、插补计算及对电机的位置控制等功能。由于该数控系统稳定性高、安全可靠性强及性价比高,因此非常适合高校学生实验。According to the practice experiment requirements of college students, the teaching model of five-axis linkage mini computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine is designed. The milling machine was adopted of the oscillating turntable mechani- cal structure, which could realize the three dimensional (3D) space in mobile and rotation of A axis and B axis, and realize the design concept of five-axis linkage. On this basis, the five-axis linkage mini motion control system of CNC milling machine was developed ba- sing on ARM. This CNC system was adopted of the design mode of personal computer and ARM microcontroller "PC+ARM MCU". Host computer was used to implement CNC document compilation, CNC cutter compensation calculation, and to communicate with low- er computer by the Delphi program software. Lower computer was based on ARM MCU of STM32 chip as the core, which mainly real- ized of communication with the host computer, interpolation calculation and the position of the motor control and other functions. Be- cause the stability of the CNC system is high, the safety and reliability of the system are high, so it is very suitable for the students in colleges and universities to do experiment.
