摘  要:针对声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)难以监测大型机械滑动轴承摩擦故障的问题。从轴瓦摩擦力学模型出发,分析摩擦故障发生时轴与轴承摩擦力的作用形式,通过AE信号均方根计算轴与轴承的摩擦力,并用于滑动轴承摩擦故障监测。鉴于滑动轴承摩擦故障信息微弱的特点,对AE信号幅值包络,增强摩擦脉冲的信息;再引入钟形脉冲函数识别摩擦故障脉冲,简化了轴瓦摩擦力的计算公式。最后通过实验模拟了驱动轴升速、加载以及轴瓦切断供油的过程,与AE传统特征相比,轴承摩擦力特征对轴承摩擦故障更敏感,方法更有效,更适合滑动轴承摩擦故障的状态监测。To solve the problem is aimed of monitoring large mechanical beating early friction faults by Acoustic Emission (AE). On the basis of the theory of bearing friction model, the form of friction function between rotor and bearing was analyzed when friction fault occured, the friction between rotor and bearing was calculated through AE signal mean square root, which used for friction fault monitoring of the plain bearing. In view of the characteristics of weak information of friction fault in plain bearing, the amplitude of AE signal was envoloped to enhance information of friction fulse. The calculating formula of bearing friction was simplified by introducing bell-shaped pulse function to identify friction fault pulse. Finally through experiment, the process of oil in bearing cutted off, rotor acceleration and beating increased the load was simulated. Compared with the traditional AE features, this feature of bearing friction is more sensitive to fault of bearing friction, and the method is more effective, which is more suitable for condition monitoring of friction fault of the plain beating.
