摘  要:基于电磁场异性相吸,同性相斥的原理,将单极交流接触器改造为双线圈结构,使其具有可控电磁反力,并利用基于高速摄像机的智能交流接触器三维动态测试与分析技术,对双线圈单极智能交流接触器的运动过程进行测试,分析测试数据得到具有电磁可控反力的双线圈单极智能交流接触器具有更快的合闸及分断特性,有利于实现微电弧能量分断。Based on the principles of repulsion and attraction between electromagnetic poles, the single pole AC contactor is transformed into a double coil structure which has controllable electromagnetic counter-force. Applied high-speed camera-based intelligent AC contactor dynamic testing and analysis techniques to test the movement process of the unipo- lar intelligent AC contaetors with two-Coil. Through the analysis of test data, the unipolar intelligent AC contactors with two-Coil which has controllable electromagnetic counter-force has a faster closing and breaking characteristics was con- eluded, and is conducive to the realization of micro arc energy breaking.
