基于使用者感知视角的海滩质量评价——以广东省汕头市青澳湾为例

摘　　要：旅游海滩质量是影响海滩旅游的重要因素。本研究主要分析了使用者感知视角下旅游海滩质量的主要影响因子,通过探索性因子分析方法构建了自然资源质量感知、自然环境质量感知、服务质量感知、设施质量感知和条件质量感知为主的海滩质量评价体系,并以广东省汕头市青澳湾海滩为例开展了实例研究。采用问卷调查获取使用者旅游海滩质量感知评价数据。得出结论如下:青澳湾海滩使用者对海滩自然环境质量评价最高,对设施质量评价最低,总体质量评价为63.41分。评价体系实证了海滩质量影响因素,可为海滩环境管理提供参考。Toursist beach quality is an important factor affecting the beach tourism. The paper mainly analyzes the most important effecting factors of toursist beach quality from the perspective of users and constructs the evaluation system of beach quality with exploratory factor analysis method. The evaluation system of beach quality focuses on the perception of natural resources quality, the perception of natural environment quality, the perception of service quali- ty, the perception of facilities quality and the perception of conditions quality. This paper conducts a case study taking Qingaowan Beach, Shantou, Guangdong for example and get the evaluation data of the perception of tourists beach quality. The results of evaluation from the users of Qingao Bay Beach are as follows ： the evaluation of natural environ- ment quality is highest ; the evaluation of facilities quality islowest ; the overall quality evaluation is 63.41. The evalu- ation system demonstrates the effecting factors of toursist beach quality, and then, it can provide reference and guide for beach environment management.
