依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死病人神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死病人神经功能的影响。方法:按照入院顺序抽签随机将2013-05~2015-05来我院接受治疗的84例急性脑梗死病人纳入本研究,并分为实验组42例与对照组42例。对照组以阿司匹林肠溶缓释片治疗,实验组在此基础上加用依达拉奉注射液治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果:实验组病人治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);2组病人治疗前后凝血活酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、血浆纤维蛋白原指标均无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后,2组NIHSS评分均明显降低,BI评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且实验组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组病人治疗期间不良反应发生率相似(P>0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死病人依达拉奉注射液可以有效提高活动能力,减少神经损伤,且未对凝血功能造成影响,疗效肯定。Objective：Discussion edaravone injection on nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：In accordance with the order of admission lottery randomly 2013-05~2015-05 to our hospital treated 84 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients included in this study,42 cases were divided into experimental group and the control group of 42 patients.The control group in the treatment of Aspirin EnteriC-coated Sustained Release Tablets,the experimental group was based on the use of edaravone injection.Two groups were observed therapeutic effect.Results：The patient outcomes than the control group（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients before and after treatment thromboplastin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen index did not change significantly（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the two groups were significantly lower NIHSS score,BI score were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group than the control group NIHSS score,BI score was higher（P〈0.05）;2 patients incidence of adverse reactions similar（P〉0.05）during treatment.Conclusion：Patients with acute cerebral infarction edaravone injection can improve mobility,reduce nerve damage,and did not affect blood coagulation,more effective.
