儿童SDB肝功能异常临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析睡眠呼吸障碍对儿童肝功能的影响。方法:选择2014-01~2016-12在内蒙古人民医院接受治疗的53例睡眠呼吸障碍疾病(Sleep Disordered Vreathing,SDB)儿童研究组。选择同期接受常规体检的特殊健康SDB儿童作为对照组,两组比较。结果:研究组显著高于对照组健康儿童组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:儿童SDB可长期影响肝功能的质量和睡眠质量,进一步损害肝功能体发育。临床上早期诊断以及采取有效的临床干预措施,保证儿童的睡眠质量和健康成长。Objective： To explore and analyze the impacts of sleep disordered breathing（ SDB） on liver function in children.Methods： Fifty-one SDB children who received treatment at Inner mongolia people＇s Hospital in Inner mongolia Province from 2014-01 ~ 2016-12 were chosen as the study group.Fifty-one healthy SDB children who received routine physical examinations at the same period were chosen as control group were contrast at both groups. Results： The study group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Children SDB can significantly affect the quality of liver function in the long time and sleep quality,impose further damage to their liver functions body development. Clinically,early diagnosis as well as active and efficient clinical interventions should be made to guarantee the sleep quality and liver function of children and ensure the healthy growing up.
