注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛病人的临床疗效及对血脂、BNP、CRP的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛病人的临床疗效观察及其对血脂、B型钠尿肽(Brain natriuretic,BNP)、C型反应性蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响。方法:选取2016-01~2016-08期间于内蒙古自治区人民医院干部保健所住院的高龄冠心病心绞痛病人64例,按随机原则分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(25例)。对照组给予常规抗心肌缺血治疗,治疗组给予注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合常规药物治疗。观察2wk后两组病人的心绞痛症状、心电图、血脂、BNP、CRP的改善情况。结果:两组病人的心绞痛症状、心电图、血脂、BNP、CRP均比治疗前改善明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoproteins,HDL)、左室射血分数(left vertricular ejection fraction,LVEF)水平均较治疗前有明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、后清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterd,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)、C型反应性蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、BNP水平较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后HDL、LVEF水平较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:注射用丹参多酚酸盐能显著提高高龄冠心病心绞痛病人的临床疗效及改善BNP、CRP、血脂水平。Objective： To investigative the influence of salvianolate on curative effect,BNP,CRP,blood fat in elderly patients with angina pectoris.Methods： Sixty-four elderly patients with angina pectoris above 80 years old treated in Geriatrics Department from The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People＇s Hospital were collected in the study. The subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with normal treatment of myocardial ischemia and the control group were teeated with extra salvianolate and normal treatment of myocardial ischemia.After two weeks as a treatment course,observe the changes in clinical manifestations,ECG,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,CRP,BNP,LVEF. Then compare these index between the two different groups. Results： Two groups of patients with symptoms of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood lipids,BNP and CRP were compared with those before treatment significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; HDL after treatment,compared with before treatment,the level of LVEF has increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; Treatment after TG,TC,LDL,CRP,BNP levels compared with the control group decreased significantly（ P〈0.05）,HDL after treatment in treatment group,the level of LVEF compared with the control group increased more significantly（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Salvianolatehas a good curative effect on elderly patients with angina pectoris and regulating blood fat,BNP,CRP,LVEF.
