摘　　要：语言在英美法教学中占有核心地位。中国英美法教学中存在纯英文教学、双语教学等模式。无论采用哪种教学模式,都要使之适应教学目标、教学对象英语水平和教师英文水平。理想的英美法教学模式需要涵盖语言类课程、英美法课程和实践类课程。Language stands at the core of common law teaching. There are modes of pure English teaching and bilingual teaching in Chinese common law teaching. No matter what mode shall be taken, the focuses shall cover teaching targets, the English level of the students, and the English level of the teachers. Ideal common law teaching mode shall cover language courses, common law courses, and practical courses.
