摘　　要：结合BOT项目的特点和污水处理厂的特殊性构建评价指标体系。然后采用基于G1法和粗糙集理论的主客观组合赋权法确定各指标的权重,计算各投标者的加权分值,进行排序。最后通过实例验证该方法的有效性。The paper constructs the evaluation index system combined with the characteristics of BOT project and the particularity of wastewater treatment plants.Then,uses the combination approach of subjective and objective weight determination based on G1 and rough set theory to calculate and sort the weight score of each bidder.Finally,verifies the effectiveness of the method through an example.
