摘　　要：介绍程家正教授以运脾化湿法治疗小儿慢性泄泻的临床经验。认为脾虚湿盛是小儿慢性泄泻发病和迁延不愈的关键因素,重视运脾化湿是其治本之道,提出健脾养胃为治疗小儿慢性泄泻之大法;同时注重益气养阴、培补肾阳、温补脾肾,增强正气提高抗病能力,再佐以中药外治。并附验案1则。This paper introduces Professor Cheng Jiazheng ＇s clinical experience in treating pediatric chronic diarrhea by therapy of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness. He considers that the spleen deficiency and intense dampness are the key factors of onset and repeated attacking in pediatric chronic diarrhea. He emphasizes the therapy of invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness as the principle for treating root causes,and puts forward the therapy of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach as the basic treatment for pediatric chronic diarrhea. Meanwhile the treatment should pay attention to the therapy of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,reinforcing kidney yang,warmly invigorating spleen and kidney,which strengthen vital qi and enhance resistance. The treatment could be combined with external application of Chinese medicine. One proven case is presented.
