预备役应急救援队人员健康基本技能现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解预备役应急救援队(非卫生、医学应急救援队)人员救援基础知识和健康素养技能水平及影响因素,为制订和开展以突出救援技能操作与救援基本技术现场应用为目的的培训提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取安全生产应急救援队人员393人和突发公共事件应急救援队人员439人进行健康基本技能调查。结果健康基本技能合格率为75.54%,其中安全生产类应急救援队为73.77%,突发公共事件应急救援队为77.10%;自救类技能掌握比例较高,互救类技能掌握比例较低。结论应急救援队人员健康基本技能水平仍有一定的提升空间,应进一步有针对性地开展普及与深化救援医学知识培训,熟练掌握相关专业救援技能。Objective To investigate the basic knowledge,health skills and influencing factors of emergency rescue team（non-health or medical emergency rescue team）to provide the training basis for making and developing the skills operation and field application of rescue.Methods The basic health skills survey was conducted among 393 people in safety production and 439 people in public incident of emergency rescue team with stratified cluster sampling method.ResultsThe qualified rate of health basic skills was 75.54%.Among them,the qualified rates of safety production and public incident in emergency rescue team were 73.77% and 77.10%,respectively.The rate of self-help skills was higher,conversely,the rate of communal skills was lower.Conclusion There is still a certain room for improvement in the basic health skills of emergency rescue team.The training of medical knowledge should be developed and deepened more,and relevant professional rescue skills mastered well.
