基于军民融合就医新模式的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的设计网络医院就诊系统,实现共享医疗资源,优化就医流程,提高医疗效率,缓解医患关系,改善就医体验,体现军民融合意义。方法采用网闸、防火墙、CA认证的安全模式,以云计算、云存储及移动网络通信技术为基础,借助网络、手机、APP、电话和短信等方式,突破医院的有限物理空间,合理分布优质医疗资源,为患者提供个性化的医疗健康服务。结果系统通过自动数据采集、监测等健康管理服务,实现了医疗资源的共享、就医秩序的优化、医疗效率的提升、就医体验的改善。结论加快形成多元化医疗服务格局,扩大患者选择权,走中国特色军民融合式互联网医疗发展路子,既是富国之举,又是强军之道,更是利民之措,对于医疗体制改革有着积极的推动作用。Objective To design the medical system of network hospital for realizing the medical resource sharing,optimizing medical process,improving medical efficiency,alleviating the doctor-patient relationship,perfecting medical experience and reflecting the meaning of military and civilian integration.Methods The limited physic space of hospital was broken through and optimal medical resource was reasonably distributed to patients for personalized medical services,which was used gatekeeper,firewall and a certificate authority security mode,and based on cloud computing,cloud storage and mobile network communication via internet,mobile,APP,telephone and SMS,etc.Results The medical resource sharing,the doctor order＇s optimization,medical efficiency and experience improvement were realized through the system of healthy management services in automatic data collection and detection,etc.Conclusion Not only strengthen for prosperous state,but also for strong army and people＇s benefits while accelerate the formation of a diversified medical service pattern,expand patients＇ choices and follow the developmental path of military-civilian integrated network medical treatment with Chinese characteristics.That vigorously promotes the revolution of medical treatment.
