摘 要:在液压传动系统中,针对进油节流调速回路应用于低负载、低速场合的传统论点,分析建立进油节流调速回路效率的数学模型,利用Fluidsim软件对回路效率进行仿真分析,并在CQYZ-M/B1液压传动与控制实验台上进行实验研究。通过仿真和实验研究分析对比得出进油节流调速回路确实适用于低负载且变化不大的场合,但此时的负载并非越小越好,而是存在一个最佳负载,当回路负载接近最佳值时回路效率最高,为液压传动系统调速回路的设计提供一定的理论和实验依据。In the hydraulic transmission system, the mathematical model of throttle governing circuit efficiency is established accordingly, in view of the traditional argument that the oil inlet throttling speed regulating circuit is applied to the low load and low speed situation. The Fluidsim software is used for simulation analysis and the results are researched and experimented on CQYZ-M/B1 hydraulic transmission experimental platform. Through simulation and experiment analysis and comparison,it can be concluded that the oil inlet throttling speed control circuit is suitable for low load and little change in the situation, but the load is not as small as possible, there is a best load, when the load is close to the opti- mum value, the efficiency of loop circuit is the highest. It will provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the design of control circuit of hydraulic transmission system.
