摘 要:本文通过对浮空器近地拉索收放状态下载荷的仿真分析得出了牵引绞盘的负载特性及功能要求,设计了交流变频控制的浮空器牵引绞盘。电机采用恒转矩工作模式并配合机械排线同步,实现近地收放功能。此外,推导了驱动功率计算公式,采用链轮、链条、丝杆的排线传动方案。通过一体化设计,很大程度上精简结构、提高了浮空器在拉索收放状态下的安全性、可靠性。A designing scheme of haul winch is introduced, which Can be used for launching and recovering for the aerostat system. By analyzing load characteristic and functional requirements from simulations of aerostat system near ground, a haul winch was designed. Motors can work in constant-torque mode under AC variable frequency, and coordinate winding displacement synchronization. Furthermore, technical scheme of this winch was detailed, in which computational formula for driving power was derived and winding displacement transmission mode using sprocket wheel, chain and lead screw was also illustrated. By integrated design and structure simplification of such winch, safety and reliability for aerostat system are improved.
