摘　　要：目的分析结直肠癌患者造瘘口围手术期护理的内容及其效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年6月在我院接受造瘘口手术的结直肠癌患者70例作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例患者。给予对照组患者常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,采用围手术期护理干预,分析两组护理效果,评估其护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果经过围手术期护理干预,观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,患者术后并发症发生率少于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预应用于结直肠癌造瘘口患者具有较好效果,既降低造瘘口相关并发症发生率,亦保证手术顺利进行,促进患者早日康复,获得更高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing content and effect of colostomy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 70 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent stoma surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care measures, the patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed, and the satisfaction degree of nursing and the incidence of complications were evaluated. Results After perioperative nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was less than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with colorectal cancer stoma has a good effect, not only reduce the incidence of stoma related complications, but also ensure the smooth operation, promote the early recovery of patients, obtain to higher nursing satisfaction.
