摘  要:目的研究心理护理和健康教育在癫痫中的应用价值。方法选取2015年4月—2017年6月本科接诊的72例癫痫患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将其分成A、B两组,每组各36例患者。B组给予常规护理,A组在此基础上,加用心理护理和健康教育。分析比较两组患者的服药依从性和社会功能。结果 A组的服药依从率为91.67%,高于B组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的社会功能评分低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极对癫痫患者施以心理护理和健康教育,可提高其社会功能与服药依从性。Objective To study the value of psychological nursing and health education in epilepsy. Methods 72 patients with epilepsy from April 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, namely group B and group A, 36 cases in each group. Group B was given routine care, group A was given the combination of psychological nursing and health education. The drug compliance and social functions of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of group A was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The social function score of group A was significantly lower than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and health education can significantly improve the social function and compliance of patients with epilepsy.
