摘 要:R5规程是一种评定高温部件结构完整性的方法,其主要用于避免无缺陷部件和含缺陷部件的蠕变断裂失效,R5规程常用于蠕变范围运行的先进气冷堆(AGR)组件的结构完整性评定,也用于其他领域高温装置的结构完整性评定。R5的最新版本为2014年修订的R5第3版修订版002。主要介绍2016~2020年已经和即将开展的R5研发工作,涉及R5评定技术在近5年内要改进的所有领域,主要包括对现有评定方法的改进、细化、验证及发展新的评定方法,这些工作完成后现有版本将更新为第4版。The R5 procedure is an established methodology used for structural integrity assessment of high temperature components. The main objective of the procedure is to ensure that failure of the defect-free and defective components by creep rupture and creep fatigue damage is avoided. The R5 procedure is frequently used in safety cases for structural integrity assessments of advanced gas-cooled reactor( AGR)components operating in the creep range. It is also applicable for high temperature components in the other industries. The current version of R5 is Issue 3 Revision 002 updated in 2014. This paper focuses on the development work for the R5 assessment procedure from 2016 to 2020 including all research areas,improvement of the existing assessment methods,and development of the new assessment methods. After this work is completed,R5 is expected to be issued as Issue 4.
