高校文化建设中科学与人文精神的融合

摘　　要：基于人的本性和发展需求以及时代发展的需要,大学立德树人的文化建设要全面系统而科学地利用人类社会进步和文明发展中的优秀成果,提升大学生的全面素养,让科学、技术和人文使我们的大学生更智慧、更强大。在大学文化的实施上,当前要注重通过通识教育,将科技人文统整起来,将大学专修选修和通识结合起来。将人文教育、社会科学教育、自然科学教育整合起来。在大学文化的建构中,要努力建立两种文化相互交流,相互沟通,相互理解,相互作用的有效机制,通过体制机制和制度的预设、保障,使科学精神与人文关怀之间保持一种必要的张力。Based on human nature and development needs and the needs of the development of the times, cultural construction centering on the moral education should make a comprehensive and scientific use of the progress in the human society and outstanding achievements in the development of civilization to improve students’ comprehensive quality,and let science,technology and humanity make the students more intelligent and powerful. Currently, in the implementation of university culture, we should focus on general ed-ucation ,integrate humanity into science, and combine compulsory courses and elective courses with general education, interactively co-ordinating humanistic education, social science education, and natural science education. In the construction of university culture, we should establish an effective mechanism for mutual communication, understanding and interaction of the two cultures and maintain a necessary balance between the scientific spirit and humanistic care through the institutional mechanism and the presumption and guaran-tee of the system.
