摘　　要：就业能力是大学生求职和职业发展的关键因素,提高就业质量必先提升大学生的就业能力.本文对就业能力的内涵、大学生就业能力现状进行分析的基础上提出提升大学生就业能力的有效路径.Employability is a key factor in college students’ job-hunting and career development, and improving the quality of employment must first improve the employability of college students. Based on the analysis of the connotation of employability and the current situation of college students’ employability, this paper proposes an effective way to improve the employability of university students.
