摘　　要：目的报道应用指神经血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床效果。方法应用显微外科技术,采用指神经血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损,术后配合适宜的功能训练,共治疗指端缺损32例45指。结果皮瓣全部成活,术后随访1年以上,皮瓣颜色、质地基本正常,精细感觉恢复(S3+)及感觉恢复正常(S4)者占75.6%,手指活动比较自如。结论指神经血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣能确保皮瓣血运,可以恢复手指端感觉,适于指端缺损的修复。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of repair of fingertip defect with reverse island flap pedicled of digital artery and nerve.Methods Forty-five fingers of 32cases were supplied with the flap by microsurgery technique.After opera-tion suitable function exercise was conducted.Results All flaps survived.Following up for at least1year,the flaps were in good condition,recovery of fine sensibility(S3+and S4)occurred in75.6%of the cases,the function of fingers are excellent.Conclusion Reverse island flap pedicled of digital artery and nerve is suitable for repairing fingertip defect and recovering the sensibility of fingertip.
