摘　　要：以位于黄土高原上的陕西省铜川市的水土流失与治理为研究对象,运用水土保持理论知识,探讨社会主义市场经济条件下,适宜当地自然、社会经济条件的水保生态建设模式。Taking soil erosion and governance of Tongchuan City of Shaanxi Province in the Less Plateau as the research object, using the theo-retical knowledge of soil and water conservation, suitable soil and water conservation ecological construction economic conditions were explored under the conditions of the socialist market economy.
