摘 要:[目的]检测广西猪群主要疫病的感染状况。[方法]2015年,从发病猪场和屠宰场采集猪组织样品276份,应用RT-PCR方法检测猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV),并应用PCR方法检测猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)和猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)。[结果]发病猪场中,CSFV、PRRSV、PEDV、PCV2、PRV病毒感染率分别为3.98%、11.36%、0、28.98%和4.55%,而屠宰场猪CSFV、PRRSV、PEDV、PCV2、PRV病毒的感染率分别为1.00%、2.00%、0、29.00%和3.00%。对猪群混合感染情况分析发现,PCV2和其他病原的混合感染率最高。其中,发病场二重感染率最高的为PRRSV+PCV2,达到5.11%,其次为PCV2+PRV和PRV+PRRS,阳性率均为0.57%。屠宰场二重感染率最高的是PCV2+PRV,阳性率为1.00%。[结论]在发病猪场和屠宰场中,猪圆环病毒2型的感染率最高,且常与其他病原发生混合感染,伪狂犬病毒感染率较2014年有所下降。[ Objective]To detect the infection situations of normal s//dne diseases in Guangi. [Method] 276 swine tissue samples were collectedfrom diseased pig farms and slaughter houses, classical swine fever virus (CSFV) , porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV)and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) were detected by RT-l^CR, porcine circovirus 2(PCV2) and porcine pseudorabies detected by PCR. [ Result] The infection rates of CFSV,PRRSV,PEDV,PCV2,PRV in diseased pig farms were 3. 98% 4.55%,respectively,ad those in the slaughter houses were 1.00% , 2 . 0 0 %, 0 2 9 . 0 0 % a n d 3 . 0 0 %, respectively. The an^ysis of the mixed in-fection in pig herd showed that the coinfection rate of PCV2 with other viruses was the highest. In the diseased pig farmsmost universal double infection,the positive rate was 5. 11 %,posteriorly was PCV2 + PRV and PRV + PRRS,the positive rates of the both were0. 57%. In the slaughter houses,PCV2 + PRV was the most universal double infection,the positive rate highest infection rate not only in morbidity farms, but also in slaughter houses. And PCV2 coinfection with rate of PRV was descend compared with that in 2014.
