摘  要:针对高分三号(GF-3)卫星合成孔径雷达(SAR)分系统复杂度高、舱内填充密度大、总装实施难度大等特点,文章采用数字化仿真技术,首先建立包含人员、工装、仪器等装配要素的仿真环境,以操作空间、装配过程可见等为评价指标,开展面向卫星质量管控的总装工艺方案可行性分析。从干涉性、可见性、舒适性等方面识别工艺方案中的潜在风险,并给出最优操作实施路径或风险预防护措施,进而对总装工艺方案进行优化。最后,以SAR天线平面近场展开测试和电子分系统总装为应用工况进行了验证。The SAR subsystem of GF-3 satellite with intensive of equipment is extremely complex,which is very difficult to be assembled and integrated.In this paper,digital simulation technology is applied to the key link of GF-3 satellite assembly process.Firstly,simulation model is developed including all assembly elements,such as operator,process equipment,etc.Then the feasibility analysis of the total assembly process scheme oriented to satellite quality control is car-ried out with the evaluation indices of the operation space and assembly view field.Based on the potential risk indentifaction from the key components of protection,redundancy control,visible assembly process,etc.,the assembly process plan is optimized to reduce the probability of occur-rence of accident due to poor quality.Finally,the proposed technology is validated in SAR de-ployment test and assembly of electronic equipment.
