地方性应用型普通本科院校人才培养方案制定的构建路径——以六盘水师范学院为例

摘　　要：人才培养方案是高校教学管理的核心和主体,是对人才培养目标的总体设计,是高校组织教育教学过程、完成教学任务、编制教学大纲的依据,人才培养方案的制定直接影响高校人才培养质量。以六盘水师范学院2016版本科专业人才培养方案的制订为例,从顶层设计、课程体系和操作层面论述地方性应用型本科院校人才培养方案的构建路径。Talents training program is the core and main body of university teaching management. It is the overall design of talents training objectives. It is the basis of university organizational education and teaching process, the completion of teaching tasks, the preparation of teaching syllabus, And the development of talent training programs directly affects the quality of talents training. In this paper, the author is to take a new edition of the undergraduate professional training program at Liupanshui Normal University as an example. From the perspectives of top-level design, curriculum and operational level of local applied undergraduate institutions, the paper will explore the path of talents training programs.
