摘 要:目前国内外关于直井产能公式的研究主要是基于储层基质中的达西流动特征,而矿场生产实践和室内实验研究表明,超低渗储层基质渗流存在较强的非线性和流态的多变性,不符合经典的达西渗流规律。通过目标油田岩心压汞实验,得到启动压力梯度与毛管半径和渗透率的预测模型,在此基础上建立综合考虑启动压力梯度和岩石应力敏感效应的油井产能模型,定量分析启动压力梯度和应力敏感系数对油井产能的影响程度,并应用该模型对延长油田超低渗透X区块油井产量进行预测,平均符合率达92%。结果表明:应力敏感效应和启动压力梯度对单井产能的影响较大,应用推导的改进单井产量计算模型计算结果,更加符合超低渗透油藏的生产实际情况,验证了模型的准确性,对油井合理工作制度的制定具有重要的实践意义。Reseach at home and abroad about the calculation of vertical well productivity formula is mainly basedon the darcy flow characteristic in the reservoir, and the mine production practice and the indoor experimental re-search show that the ultra-low permeability reservoir percolation exists with strong nonlinear and flow variability,which is not in conformity with the classic darcy percolation law. Throught Core mercury injection experimentbased on the target oilfield, the forecasting model of start-up pressure gradient,permeability and capillary radiusis obtained. On the basis of this,the oil well productivity model is established with the comprehensive consider-ation of start-up pressure gradient and rock stress sensitive effect with quantitative analysis of start-up pressuregradient and stress sensitivity coefficient of the influence degree of the oil well productivity, and the model wasapplied to yanchang ultra-low permeability oil field X block oil production forecast, whose coincidence rate is92% on average. Results show that the stress sensitive effect and the start-up pressure gradient have large effecton single well production capacity, and the application of the calculating model of single well production is rela-tively reliable,and calculation results are in line with the actual production situation of low permeability reser-voirs, which verified the accuracy of the model.It also provides the theoretical support to rational working systemof wells.
