尘螨变应原皮内试验与血清IgE检测结果的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性鼻炎粉尘螨及户尘螨变应原体内检测与体外检测的相关关系.方法选择变应性鼻炎患者34例,体内检测采用皮内试验法,体外检测采用血清特异性IgE检测法,根据皮内试验结果分为:极强阳性组、强阳性组、中阳性组、阳性组及阴性组5个级别;应用Excel软件进行统计分析.结果粉尘螨、户尘螨变应原皮内试验分别与体外血清lgE检测具有高度相关性;变应原皮内试验(即户尘螨与粉尘螨的平均值)与IgE检测具有高度相关性,相关系数r=0.8532(P<0.01,n=20).结论粉尘螨和户尘螨变应原皮内试验与体外血清lgE检测具有高度相关性,临床上可以在患者条件允许的情况下先做皮内试验作为筛查,然后再用体外检测进一步验证;对于高敏患者或其他不接受皮内试验的患者,可直接进行体外检测.Objective To analze the correlation of dust mite allergen between intradermal test and serum specific IgE test in allergic rhinitis.Methods We selected 20 patients with allergic rhinitis,and used intradermal test and serum specific SIgE test to test dust mite allergen.The intradermal test results were divided into：extremely strong positive group,strong positive group,middle positive group,positive group and negative group.Excel was used to make statistical analysis.Results Dust mites,house dust mites allergen intradermal test,respectively,had a significant correlation with serum SIgE test;intradermal test（the mean of house dust mites and dust mite）also had a significant correlation with serum SIgE test.The correlation index r=0.8532（P〈0.01,n=20）.Conclusions Mites allergen intradermal test has a significant correlation with serum SIgE test.If permitted,we can first do intradermal test as a screening,and then use SIgE test as a further verification;for high-sensitive patients or other patients who do not accept intradermal test,we can directly use serum SIgE test.
