河南省高校国家自然科学基金资助论文产出力和影响力的计量分析研究——基于InCites^(TM)视角

摘　　要：本文借助新一代InCites^(TM)平台,基于国家自然科学基金资助的视角,从科研生产力、影响力两个方面,对2009至2016年间河南省高校发表的科学基金论文做计量分析,主要采用的计量指标有Web of Science论文数、被引频次、论文被引百分比、大学h指数、引文影响力、被引次数排名前1%(10%)的论文百分比、高被引论文、热点论文、学科规范化的引文影响力等。分析结果在一定程度上揭示了河南省高校国家自然科学基金资助论文影响力整体情况,以期为科技管理部门进行战略规划提供更有价值的科学参考。With the aid of new-generation InCites^(TM) platform,based on the perspective of the funding by National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),from two aspects of scientific research productive and influential force,this paper conducts quantitative analysis on science funds papers released by colleges and universities in Henan Province from 2009 to 2016,and the main adopted quantitative indexes include Web of Science documents,times cited,docs cited,college h-index,citation impact,percentage of papers ranking top 1%(10%) in cited times,ESI highly cited papers,hot papers,and category normalized citation impact,etc.Analytic results have revealed the general situation of the paper's influential force subsidized by National Natural Science Foundation of China to some extent,in the expectation of providing more valuable scientific reference on the strategic plans for scientific and technological management department.
