膨胀岩相似材料的配比试验研究

摘　　要：采用膨润土、石英砂、重晶石粉、松香酒精溶液、石膏为原材料,以膨胀岩膨胀特性和吸水特性为参照指标,通过正交试验配制膨胀岩相似材料。结果表明:所配制的相似材料性能指标与各等级膨胀岩的膨胀特性指标和吸水特性指标基本一致;控制膨润土的含量可调节相似材料的膨胀等级;增加膨润土的含量可提高相似材料的吸水速率;对同一膨胀等级相似材料,改变石英砂含量和胶结剂浓度可改变相似材料湿化崩解性能。Using bentonite,quartz sand,barite powder,rosin alcohol solution and gypsum as raw materials for the mix proportion of material similar to swelling rock were studied through orthogonal test in this paper,and similar swelling and water absorption characteristics of the similar materials were required.The results show that the similar materials can basically accord with the swelling index and water absorption choracterisitics of each grade of swelling rock.The content of bentonite can be adjusted to the expansion grade of similar materials,and the increase of its content will improve the water absorption rate of similar materials.As for the similar materials at the same swelling grade,the wet disintegration of similar materials may be varied with different content of quartz sand and binder concentration.
