摘  要:目的:测定不同产地和不同药用部位药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:通过对不同产地和不同药用部位药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定,得知不同产地和不同药用部位中两种成分的含量有很大的差异,检测样品中根部含量均不合格,叶部含量最高为根部的50倍。结论:合格商品翼首草应为全草,目前市场上的商品药材多为根部,不符合药用标准。Objective: To detect the contents of malol and oleanolic acid contained in different parts of Yi Shou Cao(hooker winghead root) from different producing areas. Methods: The contents determination was performed by using HPLC. Results: By determining the contents of malol and oleanolic acid contained in different parts of Yi Shou Cao from different producing areas, the great difference existed in the contents of two kinds of the ingredients contained in different parts of Yi Shou Cao from different producing areas, the contents in the root of the samples were unqualified, the contents in the leaves were the highest, 50 times of the contents in the root. Conclusion:Conforming articles Yi Shou Cao should be the entire plants, currently, commercial medicinal materials on the markets mostly are the roots, and it doesn′t conform to medicinal standard.
