舒筋活血洗剂对桡骨远端C型骨折术后的康复影响

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋活血洗剂对桡骨远端C型骨折术后患者康复效果的影响。方法:将105例患者随机分为观察组52例,对照组53例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上组予舒筋活血洗剂治疗。2组均连续治疗4周。观察2组疼痛情况、腕关节功能评分情况、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:疼痛程度评分、腕关节功能评分术后第3周、第4周时与术后2周,术后第4周与术后第3周2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除术后第2周外,其他时间点2组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优良率观察组为94.2%,对照组为75.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为5.8%,对照组为17.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活血洗剂有助于桡骨远端C型骨折术后患者腕关节功能的恢复及疼痛程度缓解,同时可降低并发症发生率。Objective: To observe the effects of tendon-relaxing blood-activating mixture on the recovery effects of the patients after the surgery of type C fracture of distal radius(DR). Methods: All 105 patients were randomized into 52 cases of the observation group and 53 cases of the control group. The control group accepted conventional rehabilitation training, and the observation group were treated by tendon-relaxing blood-activating mixture on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted. Both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively. The incidence of the complication, clinical effects, wrist joint function scales and pain conditions of both groups were observed. Results: The difference had statistical meaning when pain scales and wrist joint function scales were compared in 3 rd weeks, 4 th weeks and the 2 nd week after the surgery, in the 4 th week and 3 rd week after the surgery within the groups(P<0.05), except the 2 nd week after the surgery, there was a significant difference in the comparison between both groups at different time points(P <0.05). The excellent rate of the observation group was 94.2%, higher than 75.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The incidence of the complication of the observation group was 5.8%, lower than 17.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). Conclusion: Tendon-relaxing blood-activating mixture is helpful to the recovery of wrist joint function of the patients after the surgery of type C fracture of DR, it could relieve the pain and simultaneously decrease the incidence of the complications.
