Objective: To observe clinical effects of auricular plaster therapy and skin scraping in treating chronic pelvic pain and its influence on the expressions of inflammatory factors. Methods: Eighty-two patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 41 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional treatment of western medicine, and the observation group were given therapy and skin scraping, both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively. Clinical effects, pain scales, the levels of inflammatory factor and the indexes of blood rheology of both groups before and after treating were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 85.4% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of pain scales, the levels of inflammatory factors and the indexes of blood rheology before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05), and there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P <0.05). Conclusion:Auricular plaster therapy and skin scraping in treating chronic pelvic pain could inhibit the expressions of inflammatory factors and promote blood circulation of pelvic region, therefore to relieve pain and raise therapeutic effects.
