循证护理应用于冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者介入治疗围术期效果观察  

Observation on the Effects of Evidence-based Nursing Applied to Interventional Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease Patients Complicated with Type Two Diabetes Mellitus during Perioperative Period

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者介入治疗围术期的临床价值。方法:将86例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各43例,均行冠状动脉介入治疗术。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组依据循证护理内容,并查阅相关资料,分析总结归纳出标准化护理方式,并结合护理目标制定相关护理措施,比较2组并发症及负效应发生情况。结果:心率失常、低血糖、血管损伤的发生人数观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。出血血肿、排尿困难、迷走神经反射、伤口不愈合、造影剂反应、腰酸背痛、低血压、入睡困难、腹胀、便秘的发生人数观察组均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将循证护理应用于冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者介入治疗围术期护理效果较佳,并发症发生率降低。Objective: To discuss clinical values of evidence-based nursing applied to interventional therapy for coronary heart disease(CHD) patients complicated with type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM) during perioperative period. Methods: All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases, who accepted coronary artery interventional therapy. The control group accepted conventional nursing model, and the observation group received the related nursing measures based on nursing aims according to the contents of evidence-based nursing, by consulting the related data, analyzing and summarizing standardized nursing mode, the incidences of the complications and negative effects of both groups were compared. Results: The observation group was less than the control group in the numbers of the patients occurring arrhythmia, hypoglycemia and blood vessel injury obviously(P <0.05). The observation group was less than the control group notably in the numbers of the patients happening haematoma, dysuresia, psychic reflex, the wound not healing, contrast material reaction,backache, hypotension, difficulty falling asleep, abdominal distension and constipation(P <0.05). Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing applied to interventional therapy for CHD patients complicated with T2DM could obtain better nursing effects during perioperative period, and the therapy shows low incidence of the complication and decreases negative effects.
