摘  要:目的:探讨个性化健康教育在慢性牙周炎患者种植修复中的应用价值。方法:将84例患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组同时采用个性化健康教育模式。观察2组改良菌斑指数(mPLI)、改良龈沟出血指数(mSBI)、牙龈乳头指数(PIS)、探诊深度(PD)及种植体周围炎发病率。结果:随访期间mPLI、mSBI、PIS观察组变化均不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组均随着时间逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月、12个月时对照组明显高于同期观察组水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD值2组均随着时间逐渐升高,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访期间种植体周围炎发病率观察组为9.52%,对照组为28.57%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将个性化健康教育模式应用于慢性牙周炎患者种植修复中可改善牙周状况,减少种植体周围炎发病率。Objective: To discuss the values of individualized health education applied to implant prosthesis of the patients with chronic paradentitis. Methods: All 84 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 42 cases each group. The control group adopted conventional care, and the observation group individualized health education at the same time. The incidence of periimplantitis, probing depth(PD), PIS, modified sulcus bleeding index(m SBI) and modified plaque index(m PLI) of both groups were observed. Results: During the follow-up period, the changes of mPLI, mSBI and PIS of the observation group were not significant, and the difference had no statistical meaning(P >0.05), the indexes in the control group raised gradually as the time went by, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The control group was higher than the observation group in six months and 12 months of the follow-ups obviously, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). PD raised as the time went by in both groups, and there was no obvious difference between both groups(P >0.05). During the follow-up period, the incidence of periimplantitis in the observation group was 9.52%, lower than 28.57% of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: Individualized health education applied to implant prosthesis of the patients with chronic paradentitis could improve periodontal status and reduce the incidence of periimplantitis.
